Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-21
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the paddle-mcp service (the "Service") operated at paddle-mcp.3vlbn.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
paddle-mcp is a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that brokers requests between AI agents (such as Anthropic Claude, Cursor, or other MCP-compatible clients) and the Paddle Billing REST API using API credentials that you supply. We are not affiliated with Paddle.com Market Limited; "Paddle" is referenced solely to describe interoperability.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and a Paddle API key that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to access Paddle accounts you do not own or have written permission to manage.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or paywalls.
- Do not use the Service to send unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not reverse-engineer the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly in advance via Paddle.com, our merchant of record. You authorize Paddle to charge the payment method you provide for the recurring subscription fee plus applicable taxes. If a payment fails, your account reverts to the Free quota (50 calls/month) until payment succeeds; all tools remain accessible at that lower quota.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund policy.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages (including Paddle.com or Cloudflare), and force majeure events may cause downtime. Your remedy for unavailability is a pro-rated credit on request, as described in the Refund policy.
7. Data handling
Your Paddle API keys are encrypted at rest with per-account symmetric encryption. We never log raw key material. See our Privacy policy for full details.
8. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to data passed through the Service. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. The Service software, branding, and content are our property or licensed to us.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We are not responsible for actions an AI agent takes on your behalf through the Service; you control which clients you connect and what scopes you grant.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) USD 50 or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend the Service for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination we will delete your stored data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at the email associated with your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
